If you are staying more than one month, the one month rate applies to additional weeks or nights. I enjoy Rolfing students and would like to have you stay here!
Prices include private bathroom, all utilities (limited use of landline phone), high speed wireless internet access, filtered water, washer and dryer use (please limit 2 loads per week), kitchen use, balcony use, year-round outdoor hot tub, summer swimming pool, and more.
Additional services are extra.
As long as basic cleanup on your day of departure is adhered, a departure and cleanup fee ($75) is NOT charged.
A damage deposit may be required, and will be returned upon departure. "Normal wear and tear" will bring full refund of damage deposit.
Reservations are confirmed with your deposit payment by cash, check, or PayPal -- if staying longer than 1 month, your first month's fee will hold your reservation.
We reserve the right to select applicants on the basis of suitability and scheduling priorities.
